The WRHS Music Department is continuing to improve existing and add new literacy level assessments. Upon completion of the program, students will have completed four levels of music literacy. It will be expected that all students maintain their level one proficiency for all four years or for the duration of their involvement in the music department. The assessment will be given during the final period each semester. Click here to download practice worksheets containing all the information you will need to reach proficient status for Level 1 Music Literacy. For each level passed, you will earn a pin denoting your status. It is designed to be worn on your band uniform as recognition of your work.

Have fun and let us know if you need assistance. Mr. Chaffee, Mr. Exum, Ms. Casey and peer tutors are available to assist you. You have only to ask.
